Easy if you have the title, sign it over to her.
If you don't, and she won't co-operate, you
might have difficulty.
The MVB might issue and send her a new title
if you go down and sign it over to her there.

Give her the amount of money she is out and have her sign off on the registration/title papers. And re-register in your name only. Or have her buy you out and do the reverse.
