Actually your doctor is wrong studies have shown that after the age of 13 most people have some sort of arthritis. You probably don't have rheumatoid arthritis. http://www.webmd.com/rheumatoid-arthritis/guide/rheumatoid-arthritis-symptoms
This website has the symptoms for the arthritis and many more. You should get a second opinion. Try going to a orthopedic office.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

Symptoms? I started at 21 with a single red hot inflamed finger, that refused to bend? I saw the GP but he thought I must have knocked it. That subsided, then the thumb got red hot and again it was diagnosed as knock. After that came the neck, literally woke up unable to lift my head up off the pillow, that wad diagnosed as a strain. Lower back ache, but I put that down to wearing high heels. At 29 I came in from work, kicked off the high heels and I had two big toes on my right foot! Pain, red hot, could not sleep. Saw the GP he did a blood test, first one did not reveal what he 'thought' it was, probably Gout, second blood test, he told me I tested positive for the Rheumatoid Factor, that was it. 28 is not young for RA so I suggest you ask for a autoimmune screen blood test and that will reveal if you have RA.

Rheumatoid arthritis is characterized by warm, swollen joints. You could have osteoarthritis which is more common.
