Dear "Friend,"
I visited your Sunday school service and was overjoyed to see that many of your class members were absent. I was thrilled to see that those who came were late, or tired and sleepy during the Sunday School lesson and also the sermon.
I rejoiced in hearing some of the lessons that were not well-prepared, and that many of you just did not care. Of course, it is devilish to see some of you leave after Sunday school and not get your souls fed in the worship service.
Sunday is always one of my favorite days because that is the day I do some of my best work-getting Christians to stay home and watch television, or getting involved in sports and all sorts of "recreation."
I howl with laughter each time I see many of you fail to give much of your tithes and offerings; you make the board and minister squirm and fret over tight budgets and this takes away some of their effectiveness for the Enemy.
I hope you will miss services again this Sunday. Stay home where it is warm, and it will help you get used to the future climate. And one thing more-do not let them get you to become a "born again" Christian!

Read through Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis sometime. Very similar idea to what you're posting here except it's from a veteran demon to a rookie one.

Really points to how our actions reflect the world while we ignore them - focusing on what we perceive as bigger problems.

Unless you do not become as you say "born again" you can never truly repent your sins and never be entered into heaven when you die.Can you imagine repenting your sins to Christ and be free from all the burden that you carry around with you? Thats how a true christian feels, free!!!! I know you probably never want to be born again or treat the sabbath as holy, but that is why your life will not be blessed. You will probably not have contentment or wake up happy to be alive each morning, and if you have children then your passing all of these burdens on to them instead of blessings. Where as if you were blessed by Gods love then they would have an abundant blessing too.

Christ sent his only son to die, can you imagine the enormaty of that? We never can! And you think that lying in the house on a Sunday watching sports is fine? It actually shows what a weak frightened person you are, but hey, we will pray for you because you never know when the holy spirit could enter your life and change you, or when something tragic could effect you and make tou think about about us as humans, the universe and Christ. Please remember you cannot come to Christ in your own time....he chooses when to approach you, so don't be to defiant because if you do meet your maker you may recognise him but he will not recognise you, as you never spoke or prayed or worshiped him or tried to obey his rules.

Preachers will stand in front of their congregation and preach trust in God, He will supply all your needs, do not turn to man but trust in Him for all your wants and needs etc, ...... Then they will beg you for money. Christians say that they should go by the N.T. and yet they refuse to see where it is written that this particular law on tithes is not for N.T. And where Jesus also said paying tithes is not all that important.

Whatever Religion or Christianity were suppose to be, in the beginning, it certainly is not any more. All it is, is a big business where people wearing backward collars see how much they can con out of their customers. Then they will let those same people literally go with out food.

I have heard lots of sermons on tithes but never have I heard one according to the O.T. laws on it. And if the church still insist on collecting tithes then it should be used to feed the hungry.
It is not Satan that necessarily keep people from church it is the money hungry preachers; not to mention the holier then thou arrogant long term members. {saved for another day}

I think I could write a WAY better one and I don't mean that in a puffed up way either. Seriously.

It would be more like this and I"m making this up as I go based on what I know about satan:

TO: You stupid little Christian From: Satan

Your God does not care about you since you did not go to church today. you know how he feels about the "gathering of the believers" and he doesn't care if you were up with a sick child until 3 am you should have been in CHURCH and now he (God) will not bless you or heal your child because you did not go to CHURCH where GOD said to BE. Don't bother praying either since you didn't go to church and if you don't start obeying your pastor and doing everything he says plus do every single thing the word says......you are going to HELL. ...............And satan would then say God wrote this letter not me. THAT is how satan works my friend.

satan is Liar
Jesus is LORD
and he loves you dearly. ALL OF YOU. Just come to the river of life. He loves you. In your chair on a plane in the rain out of church in the field hard at work wherever you are he loves you

I have to agree with most of the people here. It's a shallow attempt to guilt people into doing a better job about being a christian and does nothing to try and spark a desire to have a relationship wiht Christ. God didn't say go to church he said be the Chruch. He wants us to have fellowship with your fellow belivers(granted sunday morning at a chruch building is good place for it to start.) God wants us to know him here and now he wants us to have life in the full in this life. There is more to this religion than sittting in a pewonce a week and maybe cracking the bible. Why there's more to this religion than Sitting in a pew every time the church is open and daily reading your bible. The God that created the universe wants you to be his adopted son/daughter. Real living breathing relationship today.

False. Satan has murdered everyone who has ever died. Satan lied to and deceived Eve (Genesis 3:4; 1 Timothy 2:14). And thus brought death to all mankind (Romans 5:12). Satan started sin by becoming the father of the lie (John 8:44).Jehovah, on the other hand, has only killed those who went against his laws. Because sin is lawlessness (1 John 3:4).

That it's not a letter from Satan. It's a letter from the "church" once again trying to "scare" you and believing that the only way a person can be good is through the church. In other words, Propaganda.

Ya notice Christians thumb me down when I'm to close to the truth?

Good idea, but not original...
This particular version is rather poorly done, but it does have potential.
Perhaps the writer could be inspired by reading C.S. Lewis' "Screwtape Letters"...

That was okay, but sisterzeals version was better in my opinion.
He'd rather make you think that God hates you instead of stating the obvious that he hates you.

Please pass up your money now, the pastor needs a new car and his wife really needs some more makeup...and that 60 ft Jesus statue is coming along swimmingly...but the poor have yet to be fed or clothed...maybe next week.
