A good diet plan would be advised. Stay away from nasty carbs etc...

Also working out is required.
1. Start out with easy jogs to get into the rhythm of running
2. Sit ups/crunches to help with the abdominal area
3. Idk but lift some weights to turn some of the fat into muscle

Drink 8 glasses of water per day (64 ounces)
Eat healthy foods, sensible meals watch your portions, make sure to eat breakfast and lunch and dinner daily and snacks in between. Eating snacks in between meals helps you eat less at meals.
Watch you calorie intake, fats, carbs, starches and sugars..
Eat more weigh less.
Exercise for 30 minutes per day, or walk.
You can eat just about everything but it is all in the portion. Check labels on foods, for example a bag of cookies could say 100 calories but look at the amount, usually it will have like 3 cookies it does not mean the whole package is 100 calories.
Keep a track of your calorie intake usually 1400-1600 calories per day should help you lose weigh.

Good luck, remember you didn't gain the weight over night so you won't lose it over night. Usually losing 2 pounds per week is healthy.

I simply Ran or played basketball 3 times a week for about an hour and just didn't eat things that i didn't think i should eat.

Sizable portions is important don't eat unless you have to.

Cut juices pop and everything else out but water and milk

Eat more fruits and vegtables.

Took me about 3 months to lose 20lb that way i could have lost alot more but i didn't want to lose to quickly

have avery good diet have lost 10 kgs myself..morn- 8 am=2 eggs n 1 apple.1 pm=salad, chicken/veges dinner 6 pm=1 slice brown bread chickenor 2 eggs or veges
lots of water in between . believe me it works. also. the tough part 45 mts on treadmill put in...(have to do it at least 4 times a week ) try it its a good one thanks

losing weight is easier in groups than it is alone. weight watchers, for example, is a good way to diet right and exercise, too. plus you get to meet new people.

easy, use a smaller plate and just cut down on your portions.and don't go back for seconds.
