You need to make her realize you are leader of the pack, not her. Everything she gets, she gets from you. You provide for her and take care of her. Make her sit for her food.( also, spit in her food. I know it sounds weird but it makes her think you ate and she gets what you left over for her. You are the alpha and eat first so you would leave you saliva over the food_if you were a dog-)
Don't let her sleep with you. The Alpha gets the best sleeping spot. Your the Alpha. Also, when a dog sleeps with you they dominate you by laying their head on you or laying on you. You are being subordinate by staying under her.
Get her a crate. They arn't mean and they aren't cages. A crate is a dogs den and safety place. It also provides a way of saying that she isn't in controll, you are. Have her sleep in her crate( it can be by your bed, but she will probably complain for a few days, ignore her or you are making things worse.)
Never give a treat without her doing something first, like sit, down.
Train her. Alpha gives the commands. Go to www.dogproblems.com to get all the information you need about dog training. They have a special article about becoming the Alpha dog and what you need to do to get your dog's respect. It's an amazing site. I trained my dog with it.

Take her to the vet to rule out medical causes. If she's healthy then you need to start having her earn everything from you. Sleeping with you, her food, treats etc. Don't with hold the food, simply give her a bit and then make her sit and look at you for the next bit until her meal is finished. NEVER HIT YOUR DOG! Smacking her in the mouth is not a good method for teaching a dog anything.

I''ve done this many times with animals that I had bond issues with. Where ever she is, you be there. Don't try to touch her or approach her, just be there. Sit on the ground and move to where shes going. Let her get used to you being there. Once she stops being as hostile to you, make her come to YOU. Bribe her with a miniscule amount of a treat. Don't let her have it until she let you pet them. I believe you should a loving, caring, equal relationship with your dog. Wouldn't you rather be equal to someone you live with then having them lord over you? This works all the time with baby horses that are growing and I don't have time to spend with them, I'm sure it will work for your dog. Be very patient.

Dogs will do that if they have pain somewhere. Have your vet check her over. If everything is fine, you might want to consider a behavior specialist.
If you are not the primary person that feeds and cares for her would be another reason. If you have hurt her even by accident, (I'm not saying you did, just giving possible reasons why she could be acting like this) she will remember it and not want to be near you.

Patricia G had given you the best advice! Your dog is not recognizing you as pack leader. You need to step up & take control!! I won't go on & on since my advice would be similar to Patricia's, but she is correct! You should pick her answer as best, but most importantly, you need to teach your dog some discipline & show her who is pack leader! Until you do she's going to continue with her current behavior.

Sounds like a dominance issue, I perscribe lots of walks to bond and a firm touch on the neck if she bites, barks, or growls at you.

No disrespect but you ultimately teach your dog how to treat you. Meaning that your dog is training you want is allowable.

Obviously YOU are.
Most problems come from the owners, not the dog. Has she been checked at the vet for any physical problems? Or have you just let that go....
