I constantly cross my legs and apparently its really bad for your spine because when you cross your legs it curves your spine into position to sit that way, and after a while its bad =S how can i stop crossing my legs? Its just a habit i have and i dont know how i could stop it..

I have the exact same problem ...in school i cross my legs and turn side ways, but i cant sit any other way it hurts my back to, i cross my legs in the car to ....if u find out let me know

There are millions of women who have been trained to cross their legs to "protect" their modesty with no signs of lots of S's. If you are flexible enough to cross your legs comfortably, I would say the risk is nil.
