i was going to ask N out today, but something stopped me i guess, it could be that i heard from one of my friends that his friend, being N, was going to ask out my bff. then again i couldn't get D off my mind....

Hi
I feel really sorry for you - because I was once in a similar position, and it totally eats you up inside.

One thing that stood out in the whole of your question was " I really like N, BUT IT'S CLEAR HE DOESN'T LIKE ME".

Girl - your the one that is saying that!!! So it's obviously something that you've seen
Waiting around for him, is just your feelings, hoping his feelings will change.
But think about it, even if they did- would you want to be with somebody that at one time didnt want to be with you???

You are totally NOT being dis-loyal to N, by liking D.

You know it's time to move on - when nothing changes.
In your case - N is not worrying over you, he's actually thinking about who to date!!! So that's for sure - TIME FOR YOU TO MOVE ON.

Believe in yourself and give D a chance.
You have nothing to loose there either.
If a guy doesn't want to be with you, feel strong and in control of the situation.
Tell yourself how beautiful you are, how intelligent - loyal, kind and genuine etc Then look at it, like it's his loss. WHICH IT IS

To get over a guy - I always go out with my mates, eat chocolate and spend time with your family. It sounds strange - But family are the best people to be around when a guy doesn't like you, as they have un-conditional love for you and show this. This will make you feel positive - FOR SURE!!!
Get your hair done - a new style perhaps.
And I would say.....Go on a date or two, and see how you feel when the guy compliments you etc.

BE STRONG AND KNOW THAT .......FOR EVERY ONE GUY THAT DOESN'T WANT TO BE WITH YOU - THERE IS ABOUT 100 IN THE WORLD THAT WOULD LOVE TO!!!!

X X X ALL THE BEST X X X HOPE THIS HELPED X X X

Although you sound agitated and confused, your problem is really not complicated. Though you liked and dated "N", that is over and done with and should not even be a focus for you. The guy obviously is over you , is interested in your best friend, and does not think of your feelings, so stop thinking that you're betraying him if you dated"D".While you did not say much about D to help us know him a little better,I suggest you give him a chance since you already indicated you like him. You seem to be an intelligent gal so use your smarts .Unless you like pain and being used, give yourself an opportunity with D.Although you are a minor, I don't believe that that means you can not use your God given common sense to full advantage.Continue with your studies as you allow your self to get to know D and find out if you are both compatible and maybe even fated to be together.I wish you all the best.Good luck.

Go for D.
If N likes you friend, thats how fate is, i guess. plus your BFF would be thrilled you're such a good BFF to not interfere in HER social life.

Move from N. It's over. let things flow their way, and you got D now, right? It's fine. Start talking to D and sop thinking about N.

OK. You said that it is clear that N doesn't like you. You say that you kinda like D right? So, since N doesn't like YOU but he likes your BFF then YOU should just go ahead and go after D. Then you, your bff, N and D can all live happily ever after and you can get on with your STUDYING!
