Middle spot? I assume you are talking about your vagina. If so , and the bumps are red and the mucus membranes are very inflamed looking or if you see a white cottage cheese looking discharge you probably have your first yeast infection. Be very careful about wiping from front to back. Wear cotton underware during the day and none at night to allow air to circulate. Dampness and not taking a daily shower help to contribute to the problem. Talk to your Mom. She can get you a doctor to be sure and he can prescribe a pill to relieve your problem. or if she is sure that it is in fact a yeast infection get you some medication to insert. Yeast infections develop for many different reasons. Antibiotic use can disrupt the natural bacteria your body produces. Sitting around in wet bathing suits or going in improperly maintained hot tubs also cause them. People who are diabetic are also more prone to getting repeated yeast infections due to high blood sugar. It doesn't mean you have been having sex but it is true that uncircumcised males can pass one on to you. Like I said, go talk to your Mom, she has undoubtedly had a few herself and she will know what to do.

I have tried it for several different viral infections.
Grand daught being the youngest, had a fever sunday night , gave her viralox, with in hour the virus came out all over her chest and back in a rash,. with in the next hour her fever was gone.
Doctor confirmed on the next monday it was a viral infection.
Here is the page. I bought two bottle one for my bath room shelf and one for my purse. It is a spray and very easy to use.
Antibiotics cost far more that both of my bottle of viralox. so I am very happy with the result and price of product.

What do you think it is? By "middle spot" are you talking about your vaginal area? If so then it may be genital warts. There are cases of HPV being contracted without intercourse. If you were exposed to another person's genitals or even in rare cases from sharing towels, etc. Go see a doctor hon.
