My friend got pulled over for Extacy, he had 100 or so pills can anyone tell me how long he could be in jail or any pages with the law concerning this?

Where do you live? Where I live, if it's his first offense, he'd probably get community service and probation. In the USA you could be looking at up to 6 years I think... And with that many, they can get him on possession with the intention to distribute.

People should not go to jail for drugs unless it is a violent crime. The prisons are already too crowded with non violent offenders. My two cents.

to be honest my guy....its prolly not gonna be to short....the word is its 5-10 per pill but since he had so many they might make it a year or two per pill and then possibly give hime parroll

my gues "IF" this is his first offence he might get 1 year in jail and will probably get it up the rear end if you know what I mean.
