Wraps are perfect. Use a large tortilla-there are different flavors available. Here are some of my favorites:
Bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese, ranch.
Lettuce, avocado, imitation crab, black olives, blue cheese.
Precooked southwestern chicken strips, lettuce, black beans and/or corn, salsa, ranch.
Just put everything in and wrap it tightly. You can add anything you want. They are great because they are fast, easy, good cold, and have a million variations so you don't feel like you are eating the same thing every day.

Here is a recipe my son lives on:

Tri color pasta (use the whole box)
Any raw veggie you like - tomatoes, broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini, onion, carrots, bell peppers, etc.
Shredded cheese (cheddar)
Wishbone Italian dressing (you'll use close to a whole bottle as the pasta soaks it up)

It takes no time to make, just chop the veggies while the pasta is cooking. Rinse the pasta to cool it down and toss it all together.

This is great as a side and to take to cookouts and tail-gaiting as it has no mayo.

You can always add leftover chicken (our favorite) or add cubed salami or pepperoni.
