On Monday October 29 all over the local news we saw that a local hunter caught on his trail camera what looks to be a bigfoot type creature. It has been declared that it is not a hoax but the question is bigfoot or bear. Many people agree that it looks nothing like a bear but the PA Game Commission swears it is a bear that is mangy. I'll let you decide

I'm on the side of it being a Bigfoot...I'm a taxidermist and them legs just look to long.

This link will show pictures of what came off the camera

I'm sure everyone looked at the pictures, but did anyone read the post below them? They are Bearangatangs [Pennsylvani Virginconvertos], which the PA Game Commission released to help control the cougar population. The PA Game Comission has also released numerous pairs of Fisher Cats as well to "reintroduce them back into the PA wild" as they went near extinct back in the 1970's. However, the real reason is for controlling the deer and turkey population (they eat small animals but have also been known to eat baby deer, turkey eggs, rabbits, etc. I have seen and heard Fisher Cats near my family cabin and they are not friendly at all.

As for the bigfoot myth, I don't believe in it. If bigfoot were real, someone would have shot one by now or we would have found bones of a carcase.

Edit: The PA Game Commission is corrupt. Bearangatangs and Fisher Cats are two examples of them killing the wildlife that we hunt and they cannot be trusted (Rendell especially...he's the one who hired on most of the commissioners)

I think it's a black bear that is mangy. If you zoom into the face you can see the distinct tan nozzle. But I think it also possibly but highly unlikely might be a bigfoot.

"The photos were taken using a motion-controlled camera with an infra-red flash."

Two bear cubs were shown in the photographic sequence before this "creature" appeared. And the cubs are under their mother in the otha pic. Ya heard.

Not only are the legs too long, the torso is too small to be a bear's torso. Man in a hair suit? Doubtful, as the fore legs or arms are too long to be a man's unless he helps himself walk upright by dragging his knuckles. Looks more like a big monkey with a deformity of the spine, but what would a monkey be doing in the Pennsylvania woods???

Too bad the trail camera didn't catch a shot of its feet. Maybe it is a Bigfoot.

Best.

It's certainly not a Bear...Looks like my Ex-mother-in-law naked. She had a lot of "hair" too, and she was from Philidelphia.........lol

I would think the Pennsylvania Game Commission would deny it's anything but a Bear if it served their purposes. They couldn't handle the masses of people that would show up looking for this "creature".......They don't have the manpower....

Ew I saw that on the news! DEFINITELY NOT A BEAR! No bear would be that thin this late in the season! Mange would mean it would have way less hair... looked like it was covered pretty good in hair to me!

Definately not a bear!
As for the biggoot, off course that is questionable.
