100% fresh juice and 100% juice from concentrate????

Fresh juice is juice as it comes out of the fruit.
From concentrate means that somewhere along the way they took most of the moisture out of it and shipped it to the packing plant. There they mixed the concentrate with water to make it juice again.
From concentrate does not mean anything has been added that wasn't there before. It just means the water has been taken out and put back in. If the ingredients only list juice concentrate and water, that's all that's in there.

Fresh juice is squeezed straight from the fruit or vegetable--an orange for instance. 100% juice from concentrate is all orange juice with the water removed. The water is then added back before packaging and shipping. Concentrate is cheaper because mass amounts are stored frozen after harvest and can last until next years harvest, or longer. Fresh juice has a shorter shelf-life and is more expensive.

100% fresh fruit juice is just that ....juice....Juice from concentrate has had water added to it to reconstitute the concentrated juice....I hope that makes sense...

I thought from concentrate meant it had water added, not sure though
