if you lived there and needed to support your family, and it was almost impossible to get here legally, you wouldnt do the same. We are people like anyone else. If you were desperate to feed your family, would you not also try to come here.
I dont want to hear that its illegal. I want to hear why you would not come besides for it being illegal. Putting yourself in the shoes of an illegal immigrant from a 3rd world country (as you say). You would want the best for your family? Can you understand why they do. What is a good solution. If this country has all these resources and helps Africa, why not help Mexico and its people?

a lot of people have come to this country to escape poverty, and corruption. That should be understood, as people have come here from the beginning to get away from such things. This is not something that Mexico started, it has been around for a long time

the shoe is on the other foot for lots of AMERICAN families and American Citizens. But would it be ok with you if they broke into your home and took your food and your stuff? NO, I think you might have a problem with that. Whould you say it was of if you were mugged in the park by an AMERICAN because he neededmoney? NO You woud call the cops and demand they be arrested. So why make it ok for others to do it.
ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL, it is not ok to break the law!

You have not indicated with in your answer that you understand what is happening. The cost of the illegal aliens is staggering. American Taxpayers are being bilked out of billions of dollars, have had billions stolen from them by the illegal aliens, and in the near term, it would appear they would cost the American People some 2.4 trillion dollars. No nation in the world can afford that.
The search for the information would be in Yahoo, and ask for ...illegal aliens cost.... And it is important to discover most of the illegal aliens who came here, came here after they quit their jobs in their own country. So they came here, took a job that should have gone to an American Citizens, and far to frequently, under the table. And after getting here, usually breaking a number of laws staying here.
What is a good solution?? Stay home and fix your own country, and that would be an excellent thing to do.
If this country has all these resources..... We don't. The real estate people who want to sell them homes suggest we do.. we don't. In fact, the influx has put a terriable burden on the infastructure and the total bill owed to our infastructure... bridges, water supply, sewers, electrical supply, roads, is in the area of 1.8 trillion dollars worth of fixing.

If they respect our countries laws, they should not come. And remember too, many people are waiting to get in, and they have respected our countries laws. So tell them to stay home and fix their own country. I don't think they should come to ours and break laws galor indeed.

We Americans have put ourselves in the shoes of Americans whose lively hood is in jeopardy from illegal aliens. Is that to difficult to understand?...We have made a decision to come to the aid of America and not illegal aliens. If other countries were to do the same thing then i would bet that there would not be as many illegal aliens as there are.

If I were in that situation, I would rely on myself and be resourceful. I'd find ways to live off the land, work on changing things, grow my own food, make my own tools and clothing, and still be able to say my integrity was intact at the end of the day. I wouldn't run away to some other place because I was faced with challenges. If I had to, I'd ask for help from global agencies or charities, but I would never steal something that wasn't mine.

I WOULD NOT BREAK THE LAW! I AM AN HONEST PERSON AND I WOULD NOT STEAL FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY JUST BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME.
Pro-illegals keep claiming the illegals are just good hard working people. How can they be good people if they are breaking the law and stealing from Americans. There's a contradiction there!

If we keep the illegals out, then our great nation will never be as bad as Mexico. So, we have a simple plan to prevent the shoe from being on the other foot. We will kick you out with both feet.

As a white immigrant total mutt of many minorities, the only one minority everyone sees in me is that I’m disabled (not how very angry I also am). Often I have no food for my daughter and that makes my pain even worst…My school taxes are outrageous because illegals are in our public schools and many of our own children are hungry. I need help am I’m legal and very angry. Do not expect this opposition to ever be stopped. Do not show sympathy for me because that will cause me to get VERY angry with you. If you need more information, feel free to e-mail me.

People came here in the 19th and 20th century fleeing horrendous persecution ( families killed, raped, tortured) famine, starvation. Family members died, even children, but they waited to come here legally, and there was also a quota for each country. They waited to come here for years. They sold everything they had to pay for passage. They brought their families over with money they had saved here, sometimes taking many years. Others never saw their families again. Some came here with only the clothes on their backs. They lived in worse poverty than any illegal Mexican does today. Rich countries like the US didn't aid their countries.
Why you think that shouldn't apply today is beyond me.

Then why do you go to protests and fly the American flag upside down under the Mexican flag? Why aren't you working instead of protesting? Why don't you understand that respect goes both ways. People here were fine untile they saw that crap you were pulling in those protests and demanding rights in a country when you aren't here legally. Show some respect and you might get some in return.
