At this point, Hell hasn't come into being yet.
On Judgement Day "Every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord over all." Everybody will be measured up. We will all be held accountable for our sins. Athiesm is a sin. Those who had already known Jesus as their Lord and saviour and accepted him into their hearts will go with Him to a new Earth (Heaven) while the old Earth and all sinners, demons, and Satan burn in Hellfire.
Until Judgment Day, when a person dies their soul sleeps, unaware of everything (including the passage of time and the fact that they are asleep).
Someday, yes, there will be athiests in Hell.

Even if Christianity is true there would be no way for us to know who is in Hell or Heaven... If God were real, do we really expect that he would judge everyone based on an ideal? Shouldn't the actions one take in life matter more then what a person believes in? If everyone who was not a true pure christian ended up in Hell, Hell would have to be like a bazillion time larger than Heaven.

All atheist think that there is no hell.If they don't believe in GOD then they don't believe in hell.One day they will know the truth.We will all face judgment for our beliefs.God gave us free will to believe or not.But I don't see how anyone can look at GODS creations and not believe in him.The bible says they are fools and if they don't acknowledge him and his son they will go to a everlasting hell.

Absolutely not!
Since they don't believe in God, the certainly don't believe in Heaven or Hell. Therefore logic dictates that they are not in Hell.
My thinking that when they die, they go to a place where there is no God, there are no believers, people can do what they want without regard for honesty or morality. I think they are all in Los Angeles.

nah the gates of hell are in my basement so I see all the souls that go to hell. Don't see atheists I do however see a lot of religious people go to hell. Odd.

Unlikely ! Hell would be a personal issue for an atheist, you have to believe in it, they do not.

People don't go to hell for sin, they go to hell for not accepting Christ.
This does not excuse sin, for God has a punishment for sinful believers, and its not purgatory. I discuss this here:

In my belief system, there is no hell. The only existent hell for some people, is the here and now.
So, is there atheist alive now here on earth? You better believe it.

If there is a Hell i would say yes. Because God cannot allow people in heaven who dont believe in him but i hate to judge. no one knows but God. Even though i except the concept of Hell i hate thinking about it.

yeah all the people in hell are the people that did not accept that Christ died on the cross and accept them into their lives. so if atheists don't believe in any god then how are they able to do that?!
