As more and more country are drying up there's a struggle between countries to control water. It is afterall the "most necessary ingredient of LIFE." without it we're all died. However, people seem to not be aware of the destructions that we are doing to our water, instead we are building more dams and hydroelectricity which takes up so much water. So why does not no one care that it might run out someday?

Building dams is NOT done to save water that what they just want you to believe. For these governments its a way for them to show their mark in history for example by controlling the natural flow of the Nile in 1970 by building dams, Nasser was able to show the world that he can control nature's greatest achievements.

Yes but how about the poor country who can't buy water when it does run out? Are only the privilege entitled to water because they are the only one who can afford it?

No doubt in 50 years we'll be fighting world wars over water,...as there'll be zero fossil fuels, zero coal and other natural resources....not to mention that we'll be at 10 billion souls at our current rate...mostly in third world countries.

Water wars tend not to occur because most countries are much more likely to engage in diplomacy over the situation. However it is unlikely that we will have a water war until our energy resources run out. Energy resources enable us to perform desalination and manufacture as much water from the ocean as we want. No the next war will be over energy resources, likely 'fueled' by peak oil.
