You can clean your hands with a mix of lemon juice and salt, just rub it in and rinse.

Rub your hands on something stainless steel. A refrigerator, microwave, spoon, pot, anything! Although I have not tried it, I heard that rubbing oil on your hands and then washing them helps. I assume that is because the oil in the garlic is what makes the odor stay around. I know how hard it is to get that smell off, it doesn't matter how many times you wash your hands, they still smell.

Wash your hands under cold water with soap while rubbing a piece of aluminum foil on them. Crate and Barrell has Rub-a-away bars that you can buy to replace the aluminum foil. It works for onions too.
