What are the chances of an illegal immigrant being deported when he is charged with rape and lewd acts on a child under 14?The sentence is 25years-Life.And hes only been here for 6 years.This is the only thing I want to know-it is NOT me(obviously).

In this case they would serve the sentence for the crime and then be deported. it is almost unheard of that we would deport someone to serve a sentence in another country.

he will be deported, first of all its bad when men in this country do it, but if hes not from this country, he will be deported
