i want to purchase bus driver but i dont have a credit card or want to use one. Can i purchase it any other way (no debit either)

It depends on the website. Some take paypal, echecks, personal checks, money orders, etc.
Call/email the site, and see what they accept. If you have nothing but cash, you may be able to mail it into them.

You could try using Paypal, echeck, or anything along that line.I believe you can pay by Western Union money order, at the Post Office by postal order, transfer of funds from your account to the payee account etc.Other than that, personal cheque..

If the seller will accept a personal check, cashier's check or money order, the answer is yes.

Some places take e-check. I think one of them is paypal and yahoo pay.
