Nice thinly disguised rant !Epi. Someday, with luck, I will be as witty as you!
Now cover as an addendum if you would the statistical probability of life as we now know it, starting from raw elements and becoming ever more complex, increasing in organizational structure, defying laws of nature to do so at every step to become so.
Now that I think about it, Evolutionists make a good point. Its not like it is a statistical impossibility that they are correct, wait oh yea it is... I forgot about all those transitional species we know of... Oh yea... none...

Not,
No one here is going to challenge that what you wrote here are your beliefs. You may elect to believe that the Earth is flat and that illnesses are not caused by viruses and bacteria, for all I care.
Now, I DO have problems with those who share your beliefs and state the same as being factual. Believe what you will, but I (any many, many others) will challenge those who come to this forum and try to pass off their beliefs as facts.
Are WE clear?

What does understanding a belief have to do with criticism of that belief? Everyone understands what you guys believe; that was never the issue. But why does that mean that we can't "criticize" it, if we think that it's incorrect? No comprendo.
Edit: This is what I get for skimming and not reading. :) Well done.

I do not adhere to your belief but that is a concise and intelligent explanation. I appreciate you taking the time to sum it up without proselytizing or insulting others. That is refreshing.

Um. Were there people that didn't know that this is what creationists believe? Nothing particularly Earth shattering here, that's pretty much what I had heard and read.

I keep missing the best memos:
So we don't belive in day-age, allegory, or metaphor--got it.
Clever satire--especially when you mentioned Sumer and Egypt.

Dammit! You've convinced me. How could I have been so blind to the truth? Very compelling...you should write a book or something.
EDIT:
I can't believe how many people didn't get it. It was a satire, folks!
