I've heard my friends say that. What does it mean?

That is an interesting and funny term .While I must admit to a certain amount of ignorance, I speculate that it might refer to a girl who is averse to, or opposed to sexual intimacy, until and unless married. I suspect it is because it is unusual in modern society, especially since the liberating effects of the pill, to wait until marriage to engage in intimacy. I hope this answers your question, but I also hope that you will think long and hard before engaging in sexual intercourse, and that you will consider the fall outs as you think of taking such major steps.
