I believe you would have to eat an entire butt load of fruit every day to get fat. You will get lots of good essential vitamins that way. But man can not live on fruit alone. You need to eat a balanced diet along with it. You need protein in some form, other vitamins that you get in vegetables and not in fruit, and something to bind it all together. Just go online and find a healthy diet, it will tell you how many servings of the other stuff you need to eat every day. Then you can stuff yourself full of fruit after.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Well, if you eat you get energy from fruits, veggies and stuff. But people say eating lots of bananna can cause you some fat, but there still healthy. Eating unhealthy stuff like things with loads of sugar may cause lots of fat and may make you ill. Just becareful from things with lots of fat or sugar. But its okay if you eat like ice cream but only 2 scoops or so. But don't eat too much candy or sugar a day!

Well, these people dont really know alot. Fruit is one of the highly recommended intakes from all diet nutritionists. I went through a phase like this, and ate exactly the same kind of fruit. I felt healthy and it taste's alot better than pizza's and burgers! Bannana's contain glucose? Never have I heard of this so its complete bullshit. It contains potassium which is great for your body. Keep eating fruit and it will give you way more energy to do exercise :)

You probably won't get fat. You might start to fee sick if you eat the same fruit for a long time. Try to eat some food from other food groups in between eating fruit. Have a balanced diet.

Eating fruit is good, but all food is fattening if you eat too much of it. Also, your body needs a variety of foods, not just one kind. Fruit is high in natural sugars, so it has more calories per ounce than say, vegetables generally. But they are at least not empty 'candy' calories.
Moderation is the important thing! 1 banana is good. a whole bunch at a time is too many.

its a nice way to keep a good diet. BUT, u need to balance it out w/ the three food groups Fruits, Veggies, and Meat. It's ok to do what you're doing but not for long. When u r unbalanced, even when eating healthy, it can sort of mess up ur body. If u wanna stay healthy and not fat, just keep everything balanced.

Maybe you shouldn't eat so much of it. Like yes fruits are good to eat but not alot. You should consider looking at the calories and carbs and go on that. (not eating a whole lot of cals and carbs). Because if you do eat alot alot of fruit then you can .. maybe not gain wait but you wont loose..
I hope this helped.

well it's much better than eating loads of junk! but according to the food pyramid you're only supposed to have something around 3-5 servings of fruit a day, so maybe you should go TOO overboard with that lol

You can get fat anytime you eat something without excercising. And, you're not really getting a very balanced diets. You have to eat lots of bread and everything, too. And there's LOTS of sugar in fruits. Natural sugar, but still sugar.
