If the point is to demonstrate healthy eating, then don't bring fudge. Fudge is ALL fat and sugar. Not healthy at all! here's the nutrition info for an ounce of fudge: http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calories-in-candy-fudge-chocolate-prepared-from-recipe_f-Y2lkPTMwMTQ2JmJpZD0xJmZpZD02MTY3NyZlaWQ9MjAzMTkyMTY5JnBvcz0xMCZwYXI9JmtleT1mdWRnZQ.html

Couscous can be made deliciously with very little salt, sugar and fat. You dress it up with minced vegetables, herbs, spices, garlic. Yum! Use a whole-grain couscous, and you'll have a hearty, healthy dish.
