Are there any benefits/health benefits to sleeping nude as well?

I always sleep nude but as far as I know, the only benefit is that I'm comfortable.

Not at home as if I get up in the night my children, and sometimes their friends (all over 18 I might add) are around and I cant be doing with dressing gowns. But when I go to my girlfriends (no children or friends in the house) for the evening I/we always sleep nude. You say no 'sex', but there is more to human contact than sex, there is something magical just snuggling up to another warm human body, and if you are in love thats even better :-)

I don't know about any health benefits from sleeping nude but i do it because it's more comfortable. All the extra clothes can make me sweat while i'm sleeping...which eventually i wake up in the middle of the night and end up taking off my clothes.

The only downer i see in sleeping nude is waking up cold....other than that, sweet dreams! :-)

My spouse and that i savour drowsing nude. As human beings have already stated that's a great liberating feeling. I slept nude even formerly I met my spouse. Now with a bare spouse to cuddle with, the sensation is astounding. NiF

Yes, it's really comfortable. I can't sleep if I'm uncomfortable, which affects my health adversely so I'd say the health benefit is giving me a good night's sleep!

Modern nightwear is restrictive and prone to "climb" or get twisted as a person moves about during their sleep so that it can restrict blood circulation to the extremities...I sleep naked but I do own a couple of victorian style nightgowns for when I am away from home.
