Very few teenagers drive phones. Unfortunately they aren't keeping records of that. You can find the number of teens in accidents, and the number of those that were fatal, but they don't break it down to show cell phone usage.

But it's not just cell phones, it's really anything that takes attention away from driving, which includes texting, changing stations on the radio, and talking to the people in the back seat.

I don't know about teenagers but a thirtish "Lady?" almost took the side out of my pickup while on the phone. I was in a left or thru lane and she was in the left only lane. She only stopped when I laid down on the horn then got irate as she still wanted to go straight. Never did stop talking on the phone. I'd like to see an interlock in phones which would prevent cars from running if the phone is turned on.

I haven't seen any statistics for that.

The only statistic I've seen regarding cell phone usage and driving, is that drivers on cell phones (not broken down by age) have a 30% increased rate of rearending other vehicles.
