Dv=V2-V1=1.45-1.43=0.2
Dt= T2-T1= 4.0-2.8 = 1.2

A=0.2/1.2=0.167

Dv: 1.43 to 1.45 = + 0.03
Dt: 2.8 to 4.0 = + 1.2
You've got the formula...There you go.

It would be harder for you to copy out my answer than work it out yourself given that you know the equation and the values. Dx simply means the difference between you starting and final values for x. Once you've got that the rest is basic math.
