now, im not tying any weird diet, im just trying to eat the healthiest i can regarding what i have in my home. (i live with my parents)

for breakfast honey oats cereal (a normal size like a cup or cup and a half)
lunch sunchips (multigrain) a snadwhich and a small piece of cheese
snack i had 4 pieces of sushi
dinner i will have a porkchop and some brocolirob (thats a vegetable) it has oil on it though. anyway, do you think this is really fattenng? im just going for portion control and common sense. thanks.

It's not fattening, although I'd cut out the chips, and add more food at breakfast. You might also think about more veggies, esp. at lunch.

sounds average to me, the oil hurts, and so do the sunchips, they're really not healthy, it's a marketing campeign. If you could cut those out and maybe turn the honey oats to total or gernola you'd be made in the skinny shade!

also unless the sandwitch was very large, and the dinner as well you should probably eat a little more, and deffinately more for breakfeast.

sounds good...try to do without the oil, and really cut back on cheese.
