stock no mods? 1 more question which car will be easier to do mods on out of the list & cheaper? Which will be more reliable & better to handle that's another question?

There are Mustangs and there are Mustangs. The top Mustang should out gun any of the others and has more off the shelf, after market goodies being produced for it than any of the others.

A Lancer Evo is the best handling car out of those you listed, but not the greatest straight line car because of the small engine. A Subaru Sti is a good blend of handling and straight line speed. Both of these cars have plenty of aftermarket parts.

If you looking primarily for a drag strip car, I'd go with a Mustang GT. That would be the easiest car to squeeze a lot of power out of, and there are a ton of tuners.

The Mustang GT. There are so many things that you can do to them and make them very quick. Just look at how many tuners make their own. SVT, Saleen, Roush and many many many more. Cheap, reliable and easy to mod.
