I asked this question in Languages but was not able to get a complete answer. It's the name of someone who frequents Religion & Spirituality. I tried asking him/her via e-mail but got no reply.

the characters at the beginning mean Demonic and the characters at the end mean Palace, but i don't know that the smaller characters in the middle mean.

They might spell out a name. Julien maybe? Juliyenu? I can't tell.

I did a quick check on Babel Fish (a translator site) and I got something about an evil spirit. Not all the characters translated, though.

It's the same as 悪魔 ジューリイェンー殿堂, just in bold print and with a larger font...
