with out seeing him no one can diagnose him.
he needs a vet have you tried your local humane society or phone the local vets and ask if they can do a monthly payment plan for any costs you incur because of your dog.
for future reference i cant stress enough the importance of pet insurance

If you can't afford to take him to the vet, you shouldn't have gotten him. That's just cruel and irresponsible. Having the means and will to get treatment when needed is one of the most basic requirements for being a pet owner, parent, etc... I have no respect for anyone who's selfish enough to not realise that or take that into consideration.
So... give him to someone else who can care for him. If you really care about him and want to keep him, then you'll find a way to get him to the vet IMMEDIATELY. Sell your computer, sell your TV, sell anything and everything you can to get the money... and do it right now.
If you let that dog die because you're too selfish and irresponsible to what it takes to get him help, then you're a horrible person.
Ooo... is that harsh? Tough.

I think your dog has the Distemper and really if you haven't had him vaccinated and he is this bad , your not going to be to get him well. I had a dog that I adopted from SPCA he did the same as yours but he would walk up to the brick on my home and put nose so close to the brick that he would fall down. You need to take him to the SPCA and they will give you free help and if he has the distemper that bad they'll put him to sleep. Sorry for your little dog but it sure is doing the same way my dog did and my vet put him to sleep . It's to far gone when they get that weak. and your just adding to his misery by doing nothing. Don't put any other dog in your yard if hasn't been vaccinated because the distemper is very contagious to other dogs .

He needs to see a vet immediately. Call around and see if you can find one that can work out payment plan with you. If you can't find one, you need to make a big decision. Either borrow the money from a family member/friend or contact a rescue that will be able to take care of him. Owning a pet is alot of responsibility which includes paying for care.

he needs to go to the vet. Try calling the vet and telling them the situation, maybe they will work a payment plan out for you
If you arent going to do that then call a rescue organization or shelter and give the dog to someone who will get it medical care.

it sounds like distemper....thats a really serious disease you should have gotten him vaccinated but the best thing you can do is go to the vet. call your local humane society they often offer lower cost vet care...if you dont it could mean the difference between life and death...i hope it gets well
