話さないで愛

話さないで (hanasanaide) = Don't speak (or talk)
愛 (ai) = love

If it's a complete noun, then it might be "Unspoken Love" (with a nuance that you have been commanded not to speak of it--maybe "Silenced Love").

If it's part of a sentence, then it might be, "Don't talk, Love"

Next time, please include the context so that we can more accurately translate it.

Hanasanai's root verb, Hanasu has two meanings

one is speak, and one is let go

it could be don't speak, (or say)

or

Don't let go

話さないで「はなさないで」(hanasanaide)= not speaking
愛「あい」(ai)= love

thus, 話さないで愛 is most probably referring to 'Unspoken love'

It means "(please) don't let love go" in lyrics.

ai = love
hanasu = separate, let go, release
naide = please don't
