The Air Force flies the A-10 Warthog, not the Army.

The Army does fly one fixed wing aircraft that I know of
for MI purposes:

RC-12 Guardrail

The C-23 Sherpa might be another.

The Army has AH-64 Apaches, H-60 Blackhawks, and CH-47 Chinooks.

They also have some C-12 transports, military versions of the British Short Sherpa.

The Army can't use fixed-wing aircraft, that's why they use helicopters.
