how do i overcome my fear of rejection?

i have this huge fear of rejection. i cant talk to any boys without thinking that they dont like me. last year in 7th grade (im in 8th now) i liked this guy, he liked me, but i didnt wanna ask him out so my friend did for me and even tho he said yes i got so mad at her cuz i was afriad hed say no before i found out he said yes that we wernt friends until 3 months later. how can i overcome this/

Well....you can't. You just come to understand that rejection is not so bad, it will happen often, and you will get over it.
