Its a floppy disk and i don't know which way to put it in ?

look very closely it has an imprint of and arrow near the slidey metal peice and whichever side the arrows on have that side facing up and put it in in the direction of the arrow.

make sure you have a floppy drive to instert it into, there is an arrow and it usually only fits one way, metal side in first.

Put it in with the metal circle down.
