Is there any way you can fix photo's with sun glare? They looked fine when I took them but when I downloaded them, they look awful... I have a bunch of sun lines going through it? Any help would help. Thanks.

A lens hood, correctly sized for your lens, will definitely help.

So will shooting with a nice tree between you and the sun. Yes, stand in the shade of the tree trunk and shoot.

No, it doesn't work when you're using an ultra wide angle lens.

No you can't. This phenomenon is known as lens flare and if the highlights created by it are blown, the image is unrecoverable. To prevent this, you should look into getting a lens hood. A few bucks, and a few seconds to install it will almost always save you from flare.
