Caf-Pow doesn't exist, and these days what is actually in the cups is unsweetened cranberry juice as Pauley Perrette no longer eats or drinks things with processed sugar.

Just a prop, made up drink cup from the art department.
Some at ABC say the drink is Hawaiian punch with 7-Up.
