For the next two months, if I only eat very healthy foods and take a multivitamin and exercise? What will happen?

I am 21, female, and 5'1. Thanks!

You will loose around 2 - 3lbs a week, maybe more If you don't eat many carbs and you're metabolism may slow a lot. You may also be very tired from so little calories (remember you'll be burning more calories from exercise meaning your body will be surviving on around 700 calories a day - or less depending on the amount of exercise you do) You may also binge alot from being so hungry (I tried - gave up) Maybe you should vary the amount of calories you eat each day and have 1200 - 1500 calories throughout the week and exercise 300-500 calories. Then you'll loose at least 2lbs a week and your metabolism will still be running smooth. Just a thought.

well assuming your supposed to eat about 2000 calories a day and your only gonna eat half that. plus excercize and burn a whole bunch of calories. youll probably loose alot of weight. but i wouldnt overdo it too much becuase you could become malenourished. so be careful with your diet choices. you should be happy with the body you have.

you will lose weight, perhaps 3 pounds a week, depending on how much you weigh now.
