does anyone know of a very cheap online party shop?

i want to buy lots of bits for my 30th birthday party and need foil/tinsel curtains etc to cover my house which is the cheapest party shop NOT EBAY please thanks

Try oriental trading company. They have lots of children's favors, etc. but they have a great party spot, too.
