kids out the balcony just for kicks! He says "look at my peks babe!" the kids begin to cry and run to their rooms.. he just laughs it off.......... is he somebody to settle down with?

First of all what he is doing is extremely dangerous! He cannot possibly factor in all the"what if's" to make that safe. Meaning there are to many ways that could go wrong.
Secondly, his kids don't like it anyway! Instead of him respecting that he violates their trust in him by forcing them to do something for his own kicks. He will have no more respect for you. Move on and find someone that not only cares about the safety of his kids, but their boundaries as well.
Just as a side note...........while this event is going on he's interested in what you think of his pecks????? Run.

I'd say no... does anyone remember the uproar when Micheal Jackson did this?? It's really not a great sign of a responsible kind of guy.

Well heres what you do...to make him stop this nonsense, first get a room on the ground floor...then tell him his "pecks" are unimpressive and that he should bench more for better results...take away his ego.

This is abuse on a both physical and emotional level for the child.
Get someone to hang his *** out like that...helpless with physical trauma or death if they let go of him.
Report his *** and get away from him.

I'd have to say "NO!!" What's he's doing to the kids is pure torture, and it could be viewed as abuse. I were you I'd run away VERY FAST and report him to the proper authorities.
