I don't think that you should date her, she is a bit young bit thats okay in 2 years when she is a little more mature the age gap will be obsolete but another issue is you are in a position of authority and that won't be looked well upon and lastly when it all falls apart and you break up because she isn't mature enough, someone is going to have to quit, and it might be you. Trust me I dated someone I worked with and I was the one to leave.

Well it is against policy...i work at mcdonalds and i am currently dating my ex- store manager...but i was moving away for school and he got transfered to a different store...personally i wouldn't put my job on the line unless you knew there was something special between the two of you...as far as the age...that's up to you... best friend is 19 and her boy is 27 ...and there great together...so that is just somthing your going to have to decide whether or not it bothers you....age is just a number...your just going to have to decide for yourself.

Sure, i really don`t like my colleages to do so. And i never want a lover who is my colleage. I feel it is very dull if you work together, then go home together. Sure, you have the same topic, but it is easy for you to quarrel with each other.

There is a similar topic on Muslimonly.com too. I saw most people with the same opnion with me there.

Anywhere I've worked there have always been people dating - most people meet their spouse at work so plenty of people must do it. Though I personally think you're a bit old to be dating 17 year old girls.

Everyone has the right to do what he please. You can decide weather you do it or not. The most important thing you can do as a person to ensure that your dating experience is enjoyable. Not only for you but for your dare, are to be positive, maintain a good attitude and be yourself. Be positive. One of my friend at millionairematch dot com who belives that the attitude will change a lot of things. Good luck.

Yes bad idea. Because when the break up comes you're screwed. And yeah age difference would make things weird
