I sure hope this is a joke because your mom can kill your dog.
First, dogs absolutely feel pain. If they didn't then why do we even use anesthetic or have pain medications available. Tell your mom to practice neutering on your dad and see if he feels pain. I assure you dogs will feel the same amount of pain.
Plus, there are NO such "kits" anyone sells. I also hate to break it to you, but during a neuter you just don't "cut" the testicles off. It is a LOT more complicated. You actually pull the testicles out of the scrotum through an abdominal incision.
There are many low cost clinics and even spay/neuter mobile buses that travel and offer very low cost spaying and neutering. The one available in our state costs $60.00 for the surgery regardless of breed, weight, age, etc.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!! Are you both idiots or what? If I was able to, I'd come over there and knock some sense into both of you. Of course dogs feel pain you moron. And, no there is not a kit to do this. If you are not a responsible pet owner, find a home for your dog. If you are both so ignorant as to try to do this by yourselves, then I hope someone reports both of you for animal cruelty. Geez- people get more and more ignorant every day.

dogs feel just as much pain as humans! and if she is seriously considering doing this shes sick & so are you for allowing it...unless shes went to school to learn how to do this theres no way she could know & scissors will big time infect the dog...i would reccomend an organization to you that would pay for the surgery for you because theres many out there but people like you shouldnt even have a dog!

That is the most rediculous thing that I have ever heard. Spaying/neutering a dog is a SURGICAL PROCEDURE! Tell your mother to put the scissors DOWN. And if a dog hurts itself it CRIES just like a HUMAN. They feel just as much pain as we do. You need to take your dog to a VET to have this done. If paying for it is an issue, there are spay/neuter assistance program. Contact your local Humane Society, I'm sure they could help you find one. And for god sake, tell you mother not to ever touch an animal.

Let me ask you a question when you go to the doctors and get a shot or cut your self with sicors don't tell me you can't feel it????????????
Ok..you don't fix a dog your-self.. if you didn't have the funds to take care of the dog in the first place you shouldn't have brought him home! To me that is SICK
take the dog to the local shelter and ask them for help to get your dog fixed .

That said... to anyone else reading this and getting brilliant ideas... Dogs DO feel pain. If you can't afford the necessary expenses to care for a pet, then you shouldn't get a pet. And... if you really don't have the money to get your dog fixed, contact the Humane Society and Animal Control (and various other shelters) in your city/town... most have a program for free or vastly discounted spaying/neutering and shots.

Your mom is sick for thinking this. They have a brain fixer kit selling on ebay, buy one and tell your mom that your going to fix her. When she recovers, then maybe she can do you as well. Just maker sure you clean the kit first to avoid infections.

sorry to say your mother needs help ! But if you want to get ur dog fix it is a great choice because i got my dog fix! it depends what type of dog you have getting he/she fix but it should range around $100-$400 dollars !ask your friends about dog doctors

If your mom tries to fix your dog you need to report it. Dogs do feel pain and it is illegal to attempt any surgical procedure without being a certified vet. Go online and search for spay/neuter clinics and call around to find a vet that will work with you guys.
