So,this summer I met this guy... We were on a party and I thought he was cute... He came onto me an asked me my name...We talked but I wasn't that interested in him at the time... He talked to me a couple of times that evening and said I was hot.... But,he didn't know I was 4 years younger(cause every1 thinks I'm older)...And next month I went for a drink with my cousin and her fiancee(and that guy is his mate) and he was there...We didnt talk,but I noticed him looking at me,and so did my cousin...He later told my cousins fiancee that I'm beautiful....And 2 months ago he said that I'm way beautiful and hot,but just too young.... And I hate that!!! He would be with me if I was 2 years older but now he doesn't want to.... I had a boyfriend after that and everything was ok until I read something about past love(or something).And I still think of him a lot and I really care about him.I always ask what is he doing and stuff...And I haven't seen him since that drink we had... Help me please!

And he's really shy and likes to take things slow....He dumped his girlfriend becaues she wanted to have sex,he said it was too soon for him,he's that type of guy...So,I don't think it's about sex to him...............

He keeps changing his mind....
One day he said he wants me and then the other day,she' young and then he said that he doesn't want to hurt me and that he works now and I'm at school and that we couldn't see each other at all....
He said that I act and looked as though I was his age......

I know how annoying it is when everyone thinks you`re older and then choke on their drink when you tell them you`re only 14 :)
He sounds like a nice guy. Still, you may want to reconsider. I mean, 4 years is quite a long time. Maybe wait a year or two? It`s not like you`re in a hurry or anything:)

First, how old is the guy?
You say you are only 14 and I'm guessing the guy is 20 or so and that is a big age difference considering you are 14 years old and really aren't ready for a serious relationship. My fiance and I are 7 years apart; however, I'm 20 years old. Since you are 14 then your relationship with him would most likely be illegal. You need to move on and go for someone closer to your age.

If your fourteen and he thought you were to young at 17/18 he will hate your guts if you come on to him and not let him know your real age. If he did anything he could go to jail for years! Just do the right thing and stay away from him.

so if your 4 years younger then him and your 14 that makes him 18 good for him that he said you were to young because you are how did you 2 have a "drink" if your only 14?? and how do you really care about him if you 2 have just barely been acquainted? my advice let it be he is to old for you and is going to get himself into trouble

Age is only important if you have sex, then it becomes a legal issue if he is over 18. If that is not the issue, then if maturity is not a problem, there is no problem. The thing is, you say he always talks about how "hot" you are, etc., so you know he isnt talking about your pretty eyes.

oh for pete's sake, at 14 you are no where near ready for a committed relationship, you are clueless dear girl about what that means and all that is involved. He at least is beginning to gain an idea of what commitment is and knows better than to get involved with someone as immature as you are. Leave the guy alone, grow up some more.
