waiting 'till marriage and from people who have waited, i can tell you that they've not regretted it.
now my friends who haven't waited and have had to stay up many a night worrying about possible pregnancy because the condom broke, and having to sneak behind their parents' backs to buy "the morning after" pill, yeah, i can pretty much tell you they've regretted their decision. don't even get me started on the ones who have had to test for STD's, only to find that they tested positive....

Depends how it happens.
I don't regret mine in the least bit.
But yeah there are people that regret it because of the situation at hand.
I guess my whole advice if you haven't lost yours would be anyone else's advice.
Do it when your ready, make sure you want to with that person(this is one reason for the regret), make sure you want more than a one night stand(also another).
Just numbers of factors tie in.....
Depending on what you want and who you are.......

I've heard waaaaay too many horror stories from friends and peers to ever do something that silly.
I still have mine and plan on keeping it until I get married. It's sooo much better that way and makes it that much more of a priceless gift...
You can't take it back, you can't fix it. Once it's gone, it's gone.

I still have my virginity. I know someone who has already had sex twice once with protection and once without. Not sure if she is regretting it or not.

I have never regretted mine, but it was with my best friend and he lost his to me too! And it was the perfect setting too! (I Love You J)! We are still best friends to this day!
If you're thinking about....
Make sure he's the right guy, make sure the moment is right, and make sure you are somewhere you feel comfortable!
Good Luck!
