i work with this woman, shes 34 im 20, were good friends and get on really great. when we go out she tends to touch me, such as rubbing my stomach and brushing my arm. she also keeps telling me she likes my smile. Does all this mean she likes me? If so should i ask her out on a date?

i think u should ask her out. The same thing she does to u is the same thing i do to this guy i like exept 4 rubbing:) i tell him i like his smile all the time and he still hasnt gotten the hint. I know this is ur problem but if we could like email or something can u help me. if not i'll just explain it to u. this guy i like smiles @ me,taps me on the shoulder all the time for no reason(i sit in front of him in class),but sometimes he talks like flirty to other girls too i dont get it,can u explain that? Also, when he said he sent me a messege on myspace he said i said "i luv u"then he changed his mind and asked me about the hw. Is he just playin or does he like me?? I would try it. Don't come on too strong or you might seem insulting, but ask her if she wants to go out to a movie or dinner casually. I wouldn't recommend using the word 'date' for the first time because it might seem like a pressured answer. And remember, even if she says no, it doesn't mean she doesn't like you or have any interest in dating you. She just might not be quite sure about her feelings for you herself! Not to sound cheesy, but I'd trust your gut instinct on what she's interested in.

It does sound like she has a thing for you. However you should think about the age and the fact that you work with her. Would you be willing to get into a serious relationship with her or would you just want to have a fling? Either way it could possibly cause problems with your job.
