i think i turned the ps3 off when i was updating the system and now it lkeeps turning off. how can i fix this?

When the PS3 is updating, it tells you on the screen not to restart or turn off the system. If you turn the PS3 off while it's updating, it can damage the system permantly. You most likely have have to send in the PS3 to Sony for repairs. Also, the PS3 may have to be replaced entirely if Sony cannot repair it.
