it looks like it's just the way your standing..if you stand a little differently your legs look beautiful...i have seen so much worse! You may be being a little picky...have you ever heard the phrase "you are your own worse critic" : )

You're legs look fine to me. Good exercises are calf raises and squats to tone the muscle. Pilaties is also a great, low stress exercise for all parts of the body. I find that most legs look better with a tan so try Jergen's bronzing lotion for medium skin tone and give your legs a more evened out, tan color.

I hate to be the one to tell you this but there is absolutely nothing wrong with the shape of your legs. Actually, I think you have very nice legs. The problem is most likely with your body image.

I have told this to many younger women in my life: be happy with who you are now and enjoy it. You are beautiful simply by virtue of your youth. You will never be more beautiful than you are now. Revel in it!!

As you age, you will understand. I always had a poor body image when I was younger. I look back now and realize that I must have been crazy and wish I had the body and face I had in my youth!

So, my advice is to learn to like yourself and realize that there are differences in sizes and shapes of people but one is not less beautiful than another. They are just different and that is okay.

We are all shaped different and is determined at birth. Not much you can do with the shape of your body frame or legs for that matter. My opinion is your legs look fine the way they are. You could tone your muscles up some by joining a gym, running or biking.

Exercise. Try Pilates and you will see a dynamic difference. There are a number of exercises that will effect the shape and tone of the muscles in your legs.

You need to build your calves and hamstrings...that will really give you a good pair of toned sexy shaped legs.
BUT you have to do these exercises properly....its hard to explain how to do them so I will give you the names and look them up on google.
Standing calf raises.
Squats
Leg extension's
Basically any thing that works your hamstrings and calves will build those muscles making them more tones and giving your leg more shape.

looks like you just really need to work on that lack of calf muscle...do some calf raises.Just stand on some steps backwards with your heels off of the step and then push up and down on your tip toes-it's easy and very effective. You can point your toes in or out in order to work different angles of your calf.Otherwise you really have a great set of stems there lil lady!

Honey calm down, your legs are fine. All you need is a little tan..Get yourself some self tanning lotion, apply everyday until the color looks good. I bet once your legs are tan you will be much happier
