Do they get wrote up, if they can't tempt someone to sin? Or do they contact their supervior to see if he/she can get the person to sin?

Ok humans that can atually see emons when they do not want you too have genetic flaws there is no way to disable that sadly. Jesus died to give you free will. Go has made it to where free will overides everything!!!! Meaning you have all the power here. The most a demon can do is annoy you. A demon can not MAKE you do anything you do not want to due to free will. Demons are not human in anyway. They look human on the outside; however have no internal organs what so ever. They are simply nothing but mass. They do not age and will look the same forever. Demons remain in hell most of the time and are only on earth when on an assignment. So my advice? Just wait till their assignment is over lol. They will sooner or later leave... Just make them bored, simply laugh at them. They will get bored and go bother somone else who can see them.

Well, I don't think in this day and age that is much of a problem anymore!
There is so many way's they can interfere in daily life and literlally million's of people to do so with, if they fail to bring "sin" into ones life then they can alway's try again or move on to another willing person, and like I said it is to easy to do so, like for instince, a demon could easlily throw the sin of "lust" into ones life very easliy, by accidently haveing a porno pic pop up on the computer, and then one thing leads to another or a best friends wife stops over to "just talk" or there is curseing, useing the lords name in vain, and ect, so as I said it is too easy for them and to many people to do so with, and if they fail, then I think they would'nt get into trouble cause it would just want them to try harder to get that person to do so next time, I think they see it as a "challenge"!

Maybe they get demoted from demon to minor annoyance and they have to go back to hiding your car keys and drinking the last beer in the fridge

I suggest you read Good Omens By Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. It addresses this very question. It's also a fantastic read.

It's like being a cop--there's a quota and if they meet or surpass their quota, they get promoted.
