Everyone tells me I'm a beautiful girl, but I just recently encountered a terrible infection in my eye due to sleeping in my contacts too much. I had to get glasses, & will have to wear them for a month probably. Is that a turn off for most guys? I got black rimmed ones because they looked kind of pretty & stylish to me. I'm only 15 so do you think that would be a turn off for most guys?

no, not at all. in fact many guys find glasses attractive, sexy even.

I am not a guy, but I had the same issue when I had to get glasses. I was so worried about it. But then all my guy friends said they loved them....they even asked me to wear the glasses when we hung out. I got a lot of attention from guys because they think glasses are "cute".
If you're already a pretty girl, the glasses might as well be just another cute accessory.

No absolutely not. Glasses give a mature look to a person. It might be a turn off for some, but again it can be a tremendous turn on for others.
Health Suggestion: Do not sleep with your contact lenses on. Wear them to your school, college or work or when you are out partying. However, at home please take your lenses off and wear glasses. I am sure you doctor told you the same thing.

haha no. i wear contacts 24/7 myself but yesterday at work the right one ripped in my eye and it was horrible. it was all red and i couldnt sleep well last night. i havent wore my glasses to school for 2 yrs now and today i forced to wear them cause my friend got an infection like u and had to get a surgery and i dint want that at all so i wore glasses to school and everyone liked it and said i looked smart. i am 17 so dont worry u will look fine.

No, unless perhaps they are a very unflattering design, but that can be fixed with a quick trip to any eyewear store.
Besides giving you the automatic "brainy" (and not in a bad way -- smart is sexy) look, they are as versatile as a cigarette* for giving visual cues.
Lower and stare over == caught your attention.
Lift atop head, perhaps rub eyes == need a break.
Remove to study something closely == attentive to detail.
Dangle by earpiece from mouth == carefree & casual.
Take off, press earpiece against teeth == thoughtful.
...with smile == pleased or excited.
(Under right circumstances) remove and set aside == getting ready for a bit o' action.
(Under hotter circumstances) remove and cast aside == really ready for that action! (Aim for a soft landing spot.)
Plus you can always remove them and scrutinize the lenses (even without need) as a way of buying a moment to think or deflate a tense beat.
Amazingly versatile things, with the perfect excuse that you need them anyway.

Some guys like the glasses and some dont. It all depends on what the guy likes,so you will have to find out your self. But i personal say its not a turn off for guys cause my homeboy likes girls with glasses or without them.

of course no!! Most of my guy friends prefer chicks with glasses they think it makes a girl hot :) lol i do actually like guys with glasses 2.. i dont even know why.. So dont worry :)

no some people like girl with glasses , some don't, in my opinion girls with glasses are sexy, im crazy with them and every time i see one i get u know, lol
