Can you tell me what to expect when I open my first bottle? I have some Merlot and some Pinot Noir. This wine is imported from Transylvania and I should let you know that I prefer a California wine - over and above everything else.

So, give me your personal opinion and I will give an edit update following my return on the Nights of Ghosts and Goblins! Then and only then I will pick the best response based on what I hear from all of you OUT THERE.

Thanks in advance - more to come......

Well, I have not yet opened the bottle of wine; however, based on past experience here on this question I have to admit it does not look "favorable" - my curiosity is peaking though and I am looking forward to tasting this stuff.

Again, I will keep you posted. More to come.....

While I've never tried it, I just may do so....especially for tonight. I'll see if I can find it anywhere. I'll edit this question if I do find it, to let you know. I'll probably just rate it yay or nay without considering the depth of the bouquet. lol!

Although, to better answer your question despite my lack of knowledge, I have a friend who told me to expect it to taste something along the lines of vinegar....as in not good. Maybe you should just keep it for the label.

Awww....heck, give it a try! Let us know what you think!
Happy Halloween!

I have a bottle of 1991 Vampire Merlot in my hand that I keep only for the label. I bought 2. The one I opened was thin and watery and completely out of balance with any Merlot I've had.
Do yourself a favor - keep this Romanian wine bottle as an oddity and open something else!!!
Oh, yeah . . . BOO!

I really have to agree with Free...totally weak and watery, completely out of balance. It really isn't very good. I would keep it out on the table as part of your decoration and find something good to drink.

Stick with what experience tells you and get a nice California red.

I had a bottle that a friend gave me in'95, I opened it in '06. Don't bother saving it. Vinegar. Drink it when you buy it. Their white was surprisingly good.

definite, bypass it! i'm severe, Halloween continues to be to do with evil and the occult, so why no longer rejoice Jesus Christ giving His existence for you commonplace. Now, it rather is something to rejoice. inspite of each thing, we do try against against the powers of darkness of this international and the occult looks to fascinate incredibly incredibly some human beings. i'm asserting this by way of fact i'm fairly in touch approximately people who do rejoice this experience. they do no longer understand how severe it fairly is, and it fairly is encouraging human beings, particularly young ones, to scrub God out of their lives and in simple terms stick to the techniques of the international. in simple terms seek for Jesus Christ and ask Him into your existence and you have the Holy Spirit interior of you and your eye's and recommendations would be opened to information and understanding with regards to the Bible and God's Will for you in this international. examine Ephesians financial disaster 6 and you will understand what I advise.
