Probably recollections of a past life or memories of a probable future. Keep a notebook by your bed and write your dreams down after you wake up to help you improve recall.

The "dejavu" is supposed to be a feeling like you had been here before, or, more literally, seen something before. What you describe, a sort of prophetic dream, is the kind of thing that has made dreams suspect of being more than just dreams.
In the Bible, folks like Joseph and Daniel became famous for interpreting dreams that had special meaning. Prophets like Samuel and Elisha could, more akin to deja vu, see things. That is why they were called, to borrow the King James translation expression, "seers."
Your nighttime prognostication likely contained piles of events that did not happen 'just that way' as well. I do hope that you aren't about to start playing music like on Bruce Almighty and thinking you've got the power--because you don't. Some very special things sometimes happen and we have a term for it, serendipity. At other times, most times for that matter, we call it coincidence. It is strange, thrilling, awesome, but not something you take to the bank. If you have a dream tomorrow night that you cashed your next pay check and spent it all on lottery tickets and the last ticket won--don't do it (buying one is fair, but buying bunches is called foolish). Now, if you want to write the numbers down and check them later, go ahead (the trick is to write down the numbers of the winning ticket, and then that set wins, save you a bunch of money and embarrassement).
Naw, enjoy the thrill of the puzzle, but don't tie too much of your reality to your dreams, because most are not real and those that seem real, only seem real.

Keep practicing and see if you can develop this as a talent! It sounds like you are partially psychic if you can see the events before they happen just like they happen.

this happens to me too.
i think that all people have psychic power (to a certain extent)
and that in our sleep the people that this happens to are able to unlock that for a brief time

it seems like you have a bad case of Deja vu, which is basically being psychic if he happens nearly every night.
