Christian's protest about movies with unchristian themes such as the Northern Lights, which had to be watered down, and Harry Potter. I think we should start protesting against pro christian movies such as The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.

Don't you remember the big fuss over "The Passion"

Fact is not many pro-Christian movies really get made & advertised in hollywood.

If you have to reach so far to The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe to find a pro-Christian movie - that is pretty sad!

As others have said, what about The Passion? People are making a fuss over Christian movies all the time.
Why is MORE fuss made over nonChristian movies? It could have something to do with the fact that there are a million times more nonChristian movies than Christian movies, or with the fact that Christian movies generally don't have NEARLY as much objectionable material!
To be honest with you, I hated TLTWATW :P The book and movie. Protest away, but don't think others will support you.

What is there to protest about, the families, doing what is right? Good overcoming evil in the end?

Trust me you have far more movies on your side that don't get protested than what does. I have never watched your Northern lights, don't care too, but I do have issues with witchcraft, which is a religion being glorified in the public schools. My God was thrown out, therefore I don't want any there.

liike some one said above-- it's call freedom of speech. i'm christian and i feel there is no reason to "protest" again any movie- christian or not.
on the harry potter note- christians were trying to raise awarness so people know that stuff isn't good. and i agree. which craft is not a good thing. it's some thing real and evil. poeple have the right to express how they feel about certain movies and books and stuff, but they also have the rightt he make those movies and write those books.
no matter what, there will ALWAYS be people who disagree with it.

There are wackos everywhere. Just be like these people are weird and leave it alone. I hate protest for no real reason. Harry Potter has nothing wrong with it, just like the Lion witch and wardrobe.

The most ridiculous thing you can protest is military funerals. People die for our country. I hate those protest the most.

Because
1)the content in Christian movies is generally suitable for all audiences
2)Christian don't pretend that their movies are anything but Christian

And, there was plenty of protest about "The Passion of Christ" !

Because bigotry is alive and well in this country . Try expressing an anti-christian opinion and you will be treated as a heathen of the lowest sort. This country is dominated by christian fanaticism, and anyone who doesn't buy into it is considered unworthy to exist.

The best protest, if you wish to do so in a country with freedom of speech, religion and so on, is to simply not go to the movie, buy, nor rent it.

Only fanatics want to impose their beleifs on others, that's sorta the definition of fanatic. The rest of us have some degree of "live and let live" in our philosophy. And no matter wether or not we object to a movie, we only think that should effect wether or not -we- see it.

christians are the only people with the nerve to think that everyone should be concerned with minute details in a movie making it anti-christian. others realize that its just a bloody movie. stooping to that level makes us just as dumb and closed-minded as they are.
